For the Grace of God

Have you ever been gazumped?

What's up Doc? Where are my carrots?

They enable me to see better in the dark.....I believe they do!

gazump \guh-ZUHMP\, verb:

To cheat (a house buyer) by raising the price, at the time a contract is to be signed, over the amount originally agreed upon.

Who would have thought that I could ever be gazumped?

Carrots enable me to see better in the dark and gazumping is prevalent in the UK property market. I ask you?
