For the Grace of God

Father, thank You for making me alive in Christ! I declare that Jesus is my Lord and Saviour, and because He died for me, I can live the abundant life here on earth. Help me stay focused on You this day & live with the enthusiasm that comes from knowing You in Jesus’ name, Amen.

a great day

I achieved what may not be the impossible, however a great feat!
Walked to Virgin Gym in Claremont, a good 35 minute hard walk, and got my Moonbag which i had left there; and it was all intact; and I met Sandy and the future is great.

Oh sister's are doing it for themselves

"I am still alive", says my Dad about checking the death notices in the paper.
It is with a lack of panache that Janet disdainfully regards me in relation to our Dad - oh well, you cannot be all to everyone!

Well that was this AM and now, 18:30-ish, I gird my loins for my SKYPE call to Audrey. In the interim, a quick posting to my BLOG.

WHAT IS S BLOG?

"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets.
So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don't, and believe that everything happens for a reason.
If you get a chance, take it.
If it changes your life, let it.
Nobody said that it'd be easy; they just promised it'd be worth it."

Anon.
